Thank you Jerry. I used a Nikon D800 with the 16-35mm f/4. I was about 3ft from the first rock out of the water. I did basic color correction in Lightroom and Perfect Effect.
Thanks for the suggestions! I was shoot at 100 ISO and f/16 because all morning expect for about the 10-15sec when this images was taken there was a slight breeze on the lake. For all of the other images before and after this one I was trying to smooth out the water by increasing my shutter speed. At the time I just water to capture the color of the sky and the reflection because I didn't know when the wind would pick back up. Which it did very quickly.
I also notice the 'Chevron' pattern to the trees and reflections on the image left as well I'm not sure if its a result of the wind on the lake picking back up near the beginning or end of the exposure. Im thinking I'm going to photoshop that out so its not distracting and taking away for the image. I was using a B+W CP filter also to help slow the shutter speed, bring out the color of the clouds and to help with the reflection. The 16-35mm is an amazing pice of glass and i have never had any problem with it in the past.
