Hi guys first post ever new here so this shot I was a little inspired after watching Elia Locardi on Photographing the World behind the scenes on YouTube.
I'm actually fairly new to photography about 3 months or so in not sure where this new found passion will lead but I really enjoy it.
Little story about this shot is that I live in Florida gets really humid, I woke up really early got up got my backpack with my gear and drove with AC full blast and pulled up to my spot.
As soon as I touched my camera I knew I was in trouble and made a mistake, it was ice cold.. I pulled it out of the bag and man... The condensation on the thing was baaaad. Almost gave up on the shot as it took almost if not an hour to clear up the haze on the lens - I'm glad I didn't.
Haha! I live in Florida too (Orlando), and yeah, that's a common problem. If it's in the morning that I'm shooting, I tend to ride with the windows down. Nice shot, although a ND filter will help capture more motion in those clouds (and turn the water more glassy) than shooting without one.
Haha thanks! Yeah live and you learn! Yup so I basically was limited to the slowest shutter available as I don't have a remote or filters to stop down.
