Perusing Portrait photography eventually to venture into professional space. Exploring all facets at present.
This environmental portrait was clicked in post noon light at one of the temples of north eastern India. The light was harsh and hence chosen to enhance similar mood. Processed for conversion, DB, specular reduction, contrast and sharpness.
Inviting critical comments helping me improve my art.

This is not a good shot in the way we ould normally think of but I at least the got the eye dead sharp of this 5-7 day old Wood Pigeon which we have done our best to protect both parents.

I hate the term "fine art" but I don't know what else exactly to call these besides just black and white.
I spotted this blackbird tucked among the leaves. Unlike most birds, it didn’t flinch when I raised my camera it simply stayed put, almost as if it was posing for the shot.
This is deeply meaningful to me. Surviving and blossoming despite all attempts to stop me blossoming on my own terms.
