Recently, a friend opened a natural light studio in town, He invited a few of models and photographers to see the space. It was mainly a chance to catch up with old friends and/or meet new ones. I knew almost everyone there including Jane. We all chatted and slowly cameras came out of bags including mine. This is my friend Jane in window light. I hope you like it.

I hate the term "fine art" but I don't know what else exactly to call these besides just black and white.
This is not a good shot in the way we ould normally think of but I at least the got the eye dead sharp of this 5-7 day old Wood Pigeon which we have done our best to protect both parents.
I spotted this blackbird tucked among the leaves. Unlike most birds, it didn’t flinch when I raised my camera it simply stayed put, almost as if it was posing for the shot.
This is deeply meaningful to me. Surviving and blossoming despite all attempts to stop me blossoming on my own terms.
