This is my first post here, and I would like some constructive feedback from the community. This was taken with a Canon 6D and the Canon 85mm f/1.8. Post was done in Photoshop.
Thanks Joseph. I'll pay more attention to crop now. Appreciate the feedback!

I agree with the crop mentioned already. My rule is either crop and crop it all or don't crop and show it all. 3 or 4 inches lower and great shot. It could be the site or my phone but the photo does look a little soft. Did you shoot at 1.8? Maybe next time bump the aperture some. Other than that I like :)
I agree that there is too much headroom. Also there is some glare in her glasses, so look out for that in the future. This time you could probably clone it out. Pretty model and you caught a really nice smile. I hope we see more photos of her.
I think I like everything but the crop..her arms are resting on??? the bottom of the picture maybe. Pretty model, great smile/moment captured.

Thanks for the feedback. Yes, this was shot at 1.8, and I'll try with slightly higher apertures going forward :)
Agree with the crop at the bottom.
Lovely expression and lighting!
Thanks for the feedback!
Nice picture, great smile but for me her face is slightly softer than the detail on her clothing and there is too much headroom.
Good start though.
Thanks Colin. I will take this into consideration when shooting, going forward.

Great. I'll keep an eye out for these next time, thanks!
