As I do abit of retouching I got like 2 comments about retouch on this photography. First of all texture of the skin is still there, yet it looks like a frequency separation went too far a little too much cloning maybe? Skin got different texture areas within certain human face areas. Weird things going on on her cheek or nose. Second thing is alot of stains on her faces, easiest way to do it is using frequency separation and gauss blur the lower layer. Keep in mind that this sometimes might not work correctly and make things too flat. If this happens, manually draw on a dodge & burn layer.
Hope it helps,
cheers,
