Nice choice of location and time. The pose and the use light is good. I just feel that the crop is odd and that the model should fill more of the frame and be placed acording to the rule of thirds (not saying its a must, I just think it would suit the image).
I like the picture a lot; nice colors, pose, beautiful model, and cool location. If I put on my critique hat, the gate or railing behind the model is a distraction. same with the bright red light just above the gate, and maybe the hairs on the back of her head.
