At the end of a recent session, I chanced my arm with something different - a modelling lamp and wide aperture combination. The studio I use, doesn't have the HSS capabilities that I'd normally use for my wide aperture stuff, so I used the only other option I had at hand, the very warm modelling lamp. It worked a treat, but obviously required a different bit of colour correcting to the rest of the batch.
I edited the colours in Lightroom, did some Frequency Separation and dodging and burning in Photoshop and then stared at it for ages before fixing the colours a bit again to my liking.
I hope you enjoy it - would love to hear your thoughts on it too!
beautiful.
Pretty hard stuff to color correct, right now I got a feeling it's bit too cold, yet it's a matter of taste rather than getting something properly done. I have feeling that her hairs got different color too - right now they are entering magenta cast. Overall - nice picture, but hell difficult to color correct uh..
