Hello, and welcome in FS :) As you ask for CC I will first point what I like about photo: for sure I like details, colors - sea, sky and model skin tone is pretty nice. Pose is interesting, girl is gorgeous, light nice, concept of the photo and its uncommon is well too. What I dont like about this photo is:
- watermark - it's too big and ruins the photo,
- centric horizon - i think if horizon would be closer to bottom line of golden rule it would look more cool,
- the thing she is sitting on looks bit flat, like it just pasted in or cut or... or something is not completly right in the photo.
General speaking nice job :) Hope it helps, cheers
Unfortunately I have had so much of my work used without permission and also used on t-shirts that it actually left me no choice but to add the large watermark

Very nice photo, except the watermark
That watermark might be one of the worst things I have ever seen... Hard pass...

So get a better lawyer... If my work gets used without permission he buffs it out and I get paid. There's no excuse for a watermark.
Oh snap... also buff out those birds... yeesh.
