My favorite season has arrived

And that's baseball season. Any feedback or cc would be great. This was a quick shoot not very organized and kind of rushed to be honest so I wasn't happy with that but I found to like the images and this one was one of my favorites of the night. I know my lighting should have been much better for having three lights but just couldn't get it so I know that parts a little off. Thanks!

Like the pose and lighting. I think his expression could be a little more engaging but over all great shot.

Thanks Lee, I wasn't sure what to do with a facial expression so I had him just do a straight/sort of serious face just for the way this pose was, wasn't sure what would be a better expression. Thanks for the feedback!

I agree with lee. Love the lighting and the pose but i would also have him shift his weight onto one foot more. It would lower his one shoulder more and might add more personality to the shot. also some backlighting might help accent the bad and separate him from the background. Again though, love the key and fill light, love the black and white and i love the bat behind the head pose

Thanks! I'll try that next time I'll be doing more shoots with these guys through the season. Yeah I didn't realize what was wrong until I was done but I had a back light that just wasn't firing. But I'll for sure fix that for next time and post the results.

St. Louis Orioles? I like the shot....on the cheap monitor I am currently viewing this on, his left arm is completely black which makes his hand looks like it is floating. I agree with the other posters that his expression is blah. Looks cool though.

Close,St.Louis Park Orioles, but in MN. And thanks, there's a little highlight on the sleeve I can see but thanks for pointing that one out I'll work on getting a bit more light on his arms. And I'll work on his expression haha I'll find a more natural look. Thanks!
