Overall I like it. 3 things I do notice:
1.may play with just a bit more fill, (tough as you want to keep it dramatic),
2. Maybe bump the exposure a slight bit. There's very little tonal separation in the blacks.
3. I would crop in a bit. I find the arm to be a bit distracting.
The interest is in the face and as Mike suggested a crop, I would suggest looking to make is square as it will then focus you in more on that area and remove the light area of the arm at the bottom
