It's been a while since last time i shared my photos here and ask for some critiques
This image which i named "Bird Mind" is about something that sometimes happen somewhere in the world.
"Sometimes our thoughts, ideas & dreams are trapped in small cages, Like there is not enough space to fly and explore. Like there is not enough light to step in and shine. Like there is no eye to see and care."
I know there are too much retouching and editing happening here, but i was just challenging my self to see how far can i push this image to match the concept of my words. however, visually this is not so obvious in image but you can tell there is some cultural, religious, and social aspects of our lives are in the photo.
So let me know what do you think about the image, the idea, retouch and everything else that comes to your mind, i would appreciate your comments and honest words.
Farbod, Really like your image. I love the colours you've chosen and the eyelashes do pop. Its a great concept . I might have darkened her hair a little and brought out the sheen of her scarf a little. But thats just my two bits.

hmmm, interesting point, yes if the hairs were darker or maybe black i guess that would work too, thanks for pointing out. about the sheen of her scarf, i did tried to dodge it a little but i thought it makes too much distraction on lower part of image, because i was thinking about directing/leading the viewers eyes on the cross and the face, or maybe it was my wrong choice and taste in removing the sheen.
