Love the colors and the natural smile. If I had to nit-pick I might point out the line that appears to be coming out of her right cheek. it distracted me some...is it hair or a tree branch...very nice image.
This is a really fantastic image, everything ties well together, the processing, the expression, clothing. Other than the tree trunk mentioned by Joseph I would also consider cropping top of the frame out to lose the bright white sky in the upper left, i keep finding my eye drawn up and away from the woman's face. Really well done, keep it up!
