Critique please

Hi all, I'm moving more into portrait photography and I would really like some CC on this shot please. For lighting I used two speedlights and a reflector. My I used a beauty dish with a grid for the main light, another speedlight with a soft box to the right of the model and my friend was holding a reflector on the left. I maybe would have gone B&W for the final image but Dexter (the model) really wanted colour. It was a TFI shoot. Any thoughts are welcome but particularly any about my lighting and post would be really welcome. Thanks!

I like this! I feel like a very slightly wider composition with a hair light added might improve the image. Not emphasizing the hair a bit seems like a missed opportunity.
The model's left hand has bright spots. Texture is lost.
Covering the mouth also seems like a missed opportunity. Though it does add mystery!

Thanks for the helpful critique! Looking at after reading your comments I agree totally. I'm thinking I should have maybe lowered my left hand light a bit and got the reflector angled more towards his hair and gone wider. Thanks again, I'll remember it for my next shoot! Here's another from the session
