I have some points here:
1. the background is distracting from the right side, you might crop it
2. the high light in the middle is annoying
3. you don't need that big signature, I thought it is part of the background
4. the post work & lighting is very good,
5. I think the eyes need more care with the post processing
I agree with Sufian particularly about the background. Perhaps if you had changed the angle of the shot and moved to your right, the purple wall on the left could perhaps have made a good backdrop.
I like the focus and the expression.

This as well as, for me, the skin was overly retouched and smoothed. Try going for a more natural look? Just my .02c
