I really really really like it! Keep in mind I'm newer to the headshot / portrait game so take my thoughts with a grain of salt. My eye is drawn to the subject's forehead before his eyes. Might just be my opinion, but it looks a little too perfect (regarding skin retouching) and the subtle lighting glare draws my attention. But besides that, great subject, great look, great vibe, Love it!

Hey great capture, in terms of exposure and lighting you did a fantastic job!

First: I will second the comment about being drawn initially to the forehead, if you knocked that highlight down i think we would be drawn much more quickly to the subjects eyes.

Second: in the lower corners of the frame you have 2 areas of high contrast between the black T-shirt and white undershirt, these also pull my eye away from the subject, so Clone or crop those out.

Third: OK this is more subjective opinion then anything else so ignore me if you don't agree :D but his expression doesn't seem to match with the lighting and mood of the photograph. There is an intensity to his gaze that I think is better suited to more dramatic light and an overall lower key image, but that might not be appropriate for what the objective of this shoot was.

Other things to consider:
- Darkening the background slightly (not for subject separation but to create a little more depth in the image)
- Burn the shadows around the face and nose slightly (add a little more dimension to the face)

Final thoughts: regardless of feedback above, people will pay you for work like this, so if your goal is to do this full time keep it up and GO GET DAY MONEY!

Thanks for the feedback gentlemen. I will re-edit slightly and take all your comments into consideration when approaching the image again regards.
