The lighting is nice. The hand disappearing at the mouth and deep wrinkle near her mouth are both a bit odd or distracting. She is also looking way up, as opposed to just "at the light". Her big white left elbow is also an eye catcher as opposed to her face which arguably should be the attention getter in a portrait. Focus on her eye looks good.
