if I were you, I would retouch her hairs and also a little bit of liquify on her shoulder but in general its a good shot.
Hi Leo, freckles seem to be suddenly in fashion again and what I like about yours is the subtlety of your soft lighting. I would have brightened the exposure slightly and added a touch more contrast for a more contemporary feel, but there is nothing wrong with what you have here, a perfectly flattering portrait.
Only thing I'd comment on is her fly-aways on her right side. I'd at least try to see ho 'd they look cloned out and decide whether I like the portrait with or without.

I really like the image, the colors, retouching as well. Only the pose is not the best, the jawline is totally blending into the shoulder line/color.
