IMHO, with this kind of shot and setting, her face appears a little over done. I like the pose and the lighting and the tow of them both looking over in the same direction.
I agree about the flowers, they are pretty distracting from what is otherwise a very nice portrait. I love the light, the color, and the capture of expression.
