Halo shadow effect on his left/top is super weird and just makes me mad... his eyelid behind his nose makes for a weird tangent effect... the beard(while magnificent) is too dark/flat for my liking... did you leave a piece of visible dust on his shoulder... you cropped him at the waist which is generally a bad thing but I'd like to either see his hands or come in a little tighter... head is too close to the top which doesn't allow enough room for the light to affect him or give space for his face to "breath"... especially needed if your model has closed eyes try giving them more room, it really helps.
That's all I got off the top of my head... but kudos for not clipping your blacks!!! *high five*
