Using window light

This is a portrait taken with the Canon 5D Mark iii, 85mm 1.8 , open wide and a silver reflector which misbehaved. I really do think there is no better light than window light . Always looking for CC. Thanks in advance.

Perhaps this doesn't matter in portrait rather than fashion, but by twisting the torso so the hips are more nearly head-on than the shoulders you've added a couple of dozen pounds to the subject's apparent weight. (You do exactly the opposite to reduce weight.) Other than that, the sharpest point of focus seems to be the middle of the frame rather than the eyes. That's fine if you wanted that, but was it?

Thanks David, I don't remember if her hips were head on for this shot , but her dress was billowing out because of the strong breeze. I shall keep that point in mind for the future. My focus was her eyes and they were sharp at 100 %, maybe the detail on the dress makes it look sharper.I don't know. Could soften that...
