I think we forget that boys often need more direction.. If you are into Photoshop, I would remove the book or whatever looks like it is peering through the window at them.
I hope it's ok to post an image showing the tweaks I'd suggest - if not, let me and know and I'll remove it.
- Gentle crop for window position
- Extra lighting on the couple (duplicate layer, tweak curve, paint on a mask)
- Graduated fade near top of image - makes it less static and concentrates attention on couple
- Tidied up clothing and hair where it was out of place around edges of figures
..All done the quick and nasty way, not final image quality! A shot like this is worth playing with in post because it's so strong. It is a little static, but re-lighting in post can fix that by subtly changing the balance between elements and adding "pull" to the main subject.
...A lot of classic film images had extensive work done on them in post. This type of work is usually more about making strong images stronger rather than fixing weak images.
Great shot. The girl looks perfect. The guy looks stiff. You should also crop it so the windows are symmetrical.
Thank you so much! :)
A nice photo, maybe bit static, but still nice :) Good job!
Thank you :)

Sure. I will try. Thank you for your opinion!
