Nicely lit. As Tayyeb said, my first thought was that the hair was a distraction, but if having the hair moving was your intention, you did well. One thought for your consideration: If her eyes were not turned as much, there would be less white and more pupil.
I like the way you have her posed and the placement of the light. Did you use a shoot through umbrella?
It would have been better if the hair didn't come in the way. Not sure if you were going for the type of shot. Overall, nice work
