Real quick...don't cut body parts off (like her feet in pic 1), if this a full length image, then go full length, without all that head room. Pic 2 works well, maybe a tad warm, but maybe that is what you were going for. Pic 3 looks odd, like, she is not leaning on the wall, but just smooshed up against it, which just seems odd. Great smile and nice lighting there. It's a good start. There is nothing wrong with just flat out copying the poses and even locations (to an extent) of other portrait photographers you like and you'll slowly develop your own eye as you practice. Also, see Lindsay Adler, she has a lot of free stuff related to posing you might dig. Good job, keep it up!
