I really like the lighting on the face. Two items to consider - her knee is toward the camera making it look very large. Perhaps a slightly different pose with her right knee along side the left leg might be better; the yellow of the jacket draws my eye away from her face. Perhaps cropping below her shoulder would make for a stronger image. I like the pose showing the long neck and like the way the dark background separates her.
