Wow, I'm sure dealing with the brightness of the place must have been a challenge, especially since it looks like it was not too far off mid-day. I like how you've been able to get the texture of the clouds despite the bright conditions. If you'd been able to have enough shadows to have the curves of the sand behind her that would have been great!
You're right, the time of day was a challenge. I wasn't really planning to do any shooting as it was more of a scouting trip.
I definitely am looking forward to returning at a better time of day.
