I really like the shot. The red coat is a nice touch with the red leaf! To be honest, the yellow leaves look a bit green, I feel if you could shift them slightly to a pinch more orange / yellow instead of yellow / green, it would really drive the "fall" feeling home.I would also try to have your model pan her chin down just a little, I think her expression would work just a little better that way. She has a borderline surprised look on her face. The skin tones in her face look awesome and the hair looks great in my opinion too!
I have shot a similar pose before and chin down while laying on the ground, even if just a little usually is a double chin waiting to happen. Even with skinning models.

They need to elevate their head off the ground slightly. More like "chin out and down" to maintain that nice jawline.
