Besides the fact that I don't like cats, I like the portrait, haha.
It does need some attention on the left side of her face. It's too dark and makes it seem like it's a dramatic portrait, but her expression doesn't convey any drama or "darkness".
Also, the cat needs to work on it's pose, it's to unnatural ;)

It is a nice portrait, however I agree with Mike that the left side of her face needs some more light... A reflector would have done wonders!
That darn cat should be looking the same direction she is looking. :-)
