What Works And What Can be Improved?

I would appreciate some feedback on my new photo from Venice.

I like the compositional elements, just not sure I like them all in the same image. I'm not sure what is the key element of the photo.

Thanks for your feedback!

The main subject is the Gondola ofcourse. But perhaps there is too much light on other elements. So you are not able to stick to the main subject?

Do you think little more dodging and burning and a even darker vignette would work?

In this case I would prefer to see separation between the foreground subject and the background either in camera or in post editing.
