Hi everybody,
My name is Malcolm Kenworthy. I'm from the UK, but have been living in Guangdong Province, China, for the last eight years. I work as an English teacher at Zhaoqing University, but my passions are photography and animation. I took up photography just after my son was born (2010). Lately, I've been trying my hand at street and travel photography, and I thought that my recent trip to my wife's hometown in Hebei Province would be a good time to grab some images.
Since we were visiting family, and had our son in tow, I only took my travel kit (EOS-M, 18-55mm and 22mm) with me. Having to carry all of the luggage (so my wife could look after our son at some horrendously busy train stations), I couldn't bring a tripod with me, so all of these shots are handheld.
Please let me know what you think, and offer some C&C. Please go easy on me, as this is the first time that I've posted any images here for feedback!
