I'm looking into going to south of Thailand again to photograph for a month, I have only been on holiday before so had all my luxurys, This time I'm going to backpack my way through. I am working what type of equipment you can recommend, I have a canon 5D mark ii with a 50m lens and a 25-70 sigma lens. Im looking to take mainly people and views.

Hey Bev,
South Thailand has amazing nature so you might find some great places to use a bit wider angle, like your sigma one but if I would go, I would just take both lenses ;-)

I was just in Thailand for 2 weeks and brought that exact kit (mine was nikon) and I found it to be perfect. used the 24-70 when wandering around open spaces and used the 50 when I was bouncing around in the city. Have an amazing trip, enjoy all the spicy food!
