From the 3 videos I liked the commercial the most. You've done a good job telling the story (which is the most important thing, way more important than the visuals).
The second video was too long and didn't made me immerse into the story. You had to grab my attention with something else. There's no recipe for that. That's the hard part of filmmaking.
A reel video is hard to be made. It needs lots of experience before making it, as a reel is more of a complete picture of what you've done, not just interesting parts of films and videos you've made. I myself don't think I'm ready to have a reel yet. Maybe in a year or two.
