INTENTIONAL CAMERA MOVEMENT OR INTENTIONAL BLUR
I'm going to be trying this again because I rather like the outcome of this on my lavender in the garden, which has finished for the summer now, so I couldn't go and do it again.

Hey, your photo looks great. watch your framing with the couple, try to give them a little head room. but that water so frozzzzen like ice! Looks Amazing. LOVE IT!
Hey. Thanks Mike. I totally agree. You can bet I will be more aware of that from now on.
I agree with Michael. I think a little more room above the head would frame it better. I understand if there was something distracting over their heads. You could also experiment with a slow shutter speed to give the water a blurred look (like some waterfall/stream shots). As it is, it's a really cool shot that I'd be proud of! Well done.
