Deer Kiss

I was out photographing the 2020 rut season in my local nature rerserve (Richmond park, London UK), when I noticed this hind lying down in the dew covered bracken. The sun filled the scene with golden backlight, with the dew almost sparkling in the foreground.
I saw another young deer approaching the older hind, and as it got close, it rested its nose on her as if it was giving her a kiss. One frame later and the moment was over. Species: Red deer (Cervus elaphus)
