Sardar Bahadur Nagar Bihari Para in Ward No. 13 of Pahartali was established before independence, on the right side of the railway crossing towards Jhautala, leaving the Ambabagan Railway Colony in the city. After the Liberation War, about four hundred families of stranded Pakistanis and their descendants live in this camp.
