I love this photo; the lamb looks perfectly cooked. As a chef I know that the difference between a perfectly cooked lamb rack and an undercooked or overcooked one can be seconds. Compliments to the photographer (and chef).

Thanks. I'm just the photographer so I can only take credits for the image. The guy who cooked is a friend ofmine. He's just really passionate about food so we started a cooking blog called iquickfood. You can find our work over there. P.S. you're right about the cooking part.it tasted as good as it looks
