Fresh Sambuca is a still life image built around the clarity of the liquid and the way light moves through glass. The goal was to make a classic Italian liqueur feel fresh and contemporary, focusing on [transparency / reflections / the texture of ice / the contrast between ...]. Shot and lit in the studio in Rome, the image was selected as a finalist at the World's Top 10 Still Life Photo Contest 2023 by One Eyeland.
