The easy part on this one is the lighting set-up : One strip light on each side, and one grided softbox above for the label and the glass.
The hard part : Getting that pour, the splashes, the ice, and everything together nicely in photoshop. Each element was shot separately and I used about 10 photos for the final composite!

Nice work. I'd say the overall shot could have used a bump in luminosity, and the perspective on the glass is slightly off with what looks like a slight tilt to the right. Still, a great shot for sure.
