You need a shutter speed of atleast 1/200-1/400 to get sharp images with a 200mm. However, if you wish to freeze fast action you gotta shoot at 1/6000 atleast. Bump the ISO and shoot more wide-open if needed, your camera can handle it. Doing panning on subjects like these can be quite hard (moving diagonal)
