Sorry for the delayed response! This was mostly ambient with a Westcott Rapid box 26 lighting lightly from the left. That's the catchlight.

Lovely portrait. BTW did you use flash or just daylight and a reflector? The catchlights look like a reflector but could be a flexible LED so not sure.
