I am not a fashion photographer but I was under impression that glowing skin is not desired. Was that intentional?
It was intentional. The make-up artist sprayed some solution on the model's face to create that glimmer/sheen. It's not too uncommon in beauty photography.
I'm now looking at the photo on my calibrated screen at home and it looks better.
