Very interesting composition- Perfect depth of field - the color of her hair with the door frame and small door in background.Knowing that your eye is normally pulled to the brightest portion in a photo, I do find the window detracting from the model. Just take your hand and cover the window's 2/3 of the right side . Now there's really nothing to pull your eye from the model, and still a nice juxtaposition of balance. Nice work.
Well my eye goes straight to the model. No need to change anything.
