Post production included reduction of ear size, reshaping of nose to be perfectly symmetrical, eyebrow pushed up, shoulders lowered to give neck a longer look and eye whitened.

Love the pose.
I would however love to see models fingers fully, now they look like 'stumps'.
All in all, really nice work!
Hey Kari, Yeah... I know about "Never cut off the limbs" etc... but the pose required it, so I had no way of reveling the fingers without ruining the pose. Thanks for the input though... its always appreciated.
