Nice image, I love the details of the facade very much. I wonder if you did multiple exposures for the building and blended them together to achieve these details? Or did you just blended the building and the sky exposed differently?
Yes, I have multiple exposures for the building, blended and some dodge and burn to create more contrasts. Then I made the building BNW just to experiment :)

The sky doesn't add anything to the image either to the idea. I tried to decode "Half and half" but with no success.
