Just Dance

This was my first attempt at mixing a constant light source (xplor 600 model light on high) with flash. My idea was to use a black background and light the subject with a constant light source to add motion in a 3 second exposure. I wanted her face and front of her dress to be sharp, so i set the flash (in a 48" soft box) to fire rear curtain in able to freeze her at the end of the dance. Texture and smoke was added in post.
