Hey Irene,
I like the overall look of your photo. :)
Though I wonder why you left the jewellery on her left side? After all it looks like it hangs from her chin.
In addition I would try removing the hair oblique from above her right eye. It distracts me at least. :)
if i felt like anything needs to be changed, i would do it.
