Taking a shot with the milky way lining up perfectly over Cannon Beach has been a shot I have been after for the last few years. Being only a few days after the recent Perseid Meteor shower I managed to see a lot of shooting stars above me that night and I happened to capture some while waiting for the milky way to move into place.
