I always plan every detail of my stylized shoots. Sometimes, I will even draw out the setting, wardrobe and posing. I primarily work with children, so I realize a lot of variables are out of my control, thus, I plan as much as possible. This shot was taken to feature the pink feather caplet. I wanted this image to be both simple and dynamic, I got this shot right as the wind gently lifted the feathers. I felt her expression captured the etherial essence I was aiming for.
