Barn at Sundet

I started photographing the Barns in Essex County, NY in middle school with a disc camera. I’ve always been able to foresee what we will be lost.
The Red Barn has always been a staple of my view of what being from Néw Egland meant. Working with the land. A simpler life. A life of connecting with the land. The fantastic world of my naive childhood. My unwillingness to let go of a romanticized time doomed to be forgotten.
