I was visiting Yellowstone on a photo tour and we came across this scene. It was about -15degF which created the fog that the locals call “Cold Smoke”. Since I was shooting into the sun, I used exposure bracketing and combined the images in Photoshop. The fog only lasted about 20 minutes. It was a magical scene.
